This Privacy Policy applies to all the Products, services and information offered by GUDANG2GO (“GUDANG2GO Services“), including without limitation the GUDANG2GO Platform or GUDANG2GO Portal, the system on website page, mobile website page, mobile application, and other application with domain address [www.GUDANG2GO] provided by GUDANG2GO, the mobile application for users registration for the physical unmanned store(s) operated by GUDANG2GO in Indonesia.

If you choose not to update the changes or the information of the changes is incorrect, we are not responsible for any consequences that may arise thereon.

We will not collect sensitive information from you. Sensitive information includes, but not limited to, information about your health, race or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, membership of a trade union or association, or criminal record.

To connect you and us, in form of information exchanges or delivery of information to create a comprehensive understanding in relation with product, service, verification, complaint, etc.

c.   Service Survey

To giving an opportunity to you voluntarily to participate in a survey related with website or GUDANG2GO Services provided by us. 

d.   Provision of GUDANG2GO Services

To provide you with GUDANG2GO Services and deliver information related with website activities at any time, for example, registered user identification and verification at the GUDANG2GO using facial recognition technology, system improvement, suspension or maintenance. 

e.   Process Payment Transactions

To process your payment transaction on the GUDANG2GO Platform and support settlement of payment activities in GUDANG2GO internal system or by third party as appointed by GUDANG2GO.

f.    Business Expansion and/or Development

Seeing your enthusiasm for the GUDANG2GO Services we provide, we will certainly continue to open opportunities for business development so that we can maintain our quality and facilitate your needs.

We may use third party service to help delivering our Purposes so that we can understand you more and our service quality, but we will not give any permission to any third party to use your Personal Information for its own purpose.

We will not use your Personal Information in a manner contrary to the Indonesian data protection laws or this Privacy Policy.

You can at any time choose to withdraw your consent for us to use your Personal Information in our marketing activities by following our direction to unsubscribe from our marketing materials or in ways as stipulated in every marketing type you received from us.

Disclosure of your information done with purpose to support service provided by GUDANG2GO such as delivery, receiving confirmation, complaints, communication which previously obtained your consent at the time of collection of personal information and its disclosure is based on provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

We may diclosure your information to our Affiliates, contractors or suppliers (including without limitation credit card or debit card issuers, banks, etc) for the Purposes to support the GUDANG2GO Services provided by us such as product delivery, processing payment for transactions on the GUDANG2GO Platform, receiving confirmation (receiving information of product acceptance by delivery service provider by contacting buyer), as well as handling complaints and communication with you. GUDANG2GO may also disclose your information to third party service provider that may process your Personal Information inside or outside the Republic of Indonesia for one or more purposes for using your Personal Information above from time to time.

Other than the above, we will not disclose your Personal Information without your consent unless disclosure is authorized or required by law, or reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity in accordance with Indonesian laws. We note that we may also disclose your Personal Information to various law enforcement agencies and governments around the world if we receive a request requiring us to do so in accordance with Indonesian laws or for security, customs and immigration purposes. 

Falsification of Data

We are very concerned with the correctness of User Data while implementing a strict protocols in avoiding the Data falsification. Data falsification by a User is illegal and may be subject to criminal penalties based on the the prevailing law in the Republic of Indonesia. We reserve the right to investigate the User Data to ensure the accuracy of the Data. If there are indications of falsification of the Data, we by law reserve the right to investigate it with the legal authorities in order to ensure the validity of the Data. We reserve the right to report, and submit a legal claim against a user if there are any indications of Data falsification.
